Wow, my friend Micaela and I went to a group Fiber Day in Sioux Falls this past Saturday. We learned to make animals or bugs in our case out of wool roving and a felting needle!! It was great. 
I have a million ideas running thru my brain. I want to try a flower and possibly a cow. I think they would be cool. Helen, the lady who taught us had some amazing animals along to show us.

Ellen - The nice thing about needle felting is that the needles and foam don't take up a whole room like a loom and knitting machines!
